Most lawn diseases are caused by a form of fungus.  Some of the more common types in our area include Brown Patch (Rhizoctonia Solani), Dollar Spot (Clarireedia Jacksonii), Red Thread (Laetisaria Fuciformis) and Summer patch (Magnaporthiopsis Poae)

If a fungus is present in your lawn, it will present itself in circular or irregular patterns.  It’s important to treat it right away because if left unchecked, it can spread and damage the whole lawn costing you thousands of dollars in restoration costs.
