Chris Stoudt
President/Owner
Chris is the President/Owner and has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Chris has a real passion for lawn care and the environment. After working for the largest lawn care provider in the country for 8 years he made the switch to a local company. After 6 years with them he has decided to go on this adventure on his own. He likes the idea of a family run business and the service a smaller company can provide. Chris’s passion is great customer services and using products that are safer for the environment and safer for our family and friends. With fair pricing and the results our family (customers) want and need. Chris has a loving family of 6, Michelle his wife, his kids Jack and Sammy and his dog Charlie.
Steve Pileggi
VP/Owner
Steve is the VP/Co-owner. If you call you most likely will get Steve on the line! He has a passion for servicing our customers and will go the extra mile to provide the best experience for you. Steve lives in Skippack with his wife Susan and two children, Natalie and Nick. Steve enjoys Philly sports and taking trips to the Outer Banks with his friends and family.
Chris Gebert
Director of Sales
Chris joined us in 2022. As a former educator and classroom teacher, he spent the past 14 years teaching English to 5th and 6th graders. He loves spending time outside, watching the Sixers and the Eagles, and spending time with his wife, Jackie, their four beautiful children, and his French Bulldog, Ghost. He was drawn here because of the family centered environment, attention to detail, and a firm belief that local companies will work harder to ensure your lawn stays healthy and beautiful, even during the dog days of summer. “I take pride in everything I do, and now that I’m with a company I believe in and trust, this new adventure will be no different.”
Eric Paine
Turf Boss
Eric joined us in 2022. His professional experiences have cultivated exceptional attention to detail and customer service. He also knows the value of a small family ran business, most recently managing his family’s optical store for over 12 years. Eric lives in Collegeville with his wife Jill and two children, Will and Molly. Eric enjoys golfing, football and watching his kids play sports.
Mason Crouthamel
Lead Pest Technician
Mason joined the Stout Lawn & Pest team with a strong background in environmental conservation and pest management. Before coming on board, he worked at the Berks County Conservation District, where he gained valuable experience in understanding ecosystems and pest behavior. With a degree in Wildlife Biology, Mason brings a scientific approach to pest control, ensuring that our customers receive expert service tailored to their needs.
Beyond his passion for protecting homes from unwanted pests, Mason is an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing in his free time. When he’s not out on the water, you can usually find him enjoying a strong cup of coffee and planning his next outdoor adventure.
We’re excited to have Mason as part of the Stout Lawn & Pest family, and we know our customers will appreciate his knowledge and dedication!
Grady Brown
Lawn Technician
Grady 'Grizz' Brown joined us in 2024.
Grizz brings over 15 years of industry experience to our team. Started fresh out of high school in 09 and hasn’t looked back. He started with one of the largest lawn companies for the first 5 years then made a switch to a more local company. After 10 years of being with that company he wanted to go back to that family own and operated feel. He enjoys his family, playing basketball and raising bullies on his up and coming farm.
Demond Thompson
Lawn Technician
If you see a Jeep rolling up, chances are it's Demond! As one of our Lawn Technicians, he takes pride in making lawns look their best and ensuring customers are happy with the results. With a great work ethic and attention to detail, he treats every lawn like it's his own.
Outside of work, Demond is all about adventure—whether it's hitting the trails in his Jeep or supporting a cause close to his heart. He's a strong advocate for suicide prevention, always looking for ways to spread awareness and help others.
We're lucky to have Demond on the Stout Lawn & Pest team, and if he’s taking care of your lawn, you can be sure it’s in good hands!
